Christina Aguilera’s racy photos taken back in April of 2010 are making headlines tonight, after a hacker got into the account of Christina Aguilera’s personal stylist and leaked the racy pictures. Rumors have been swirling that Christina Aguilera is pregnant, but it’s safe to assume that she was not pregnant when the photos were taken, otherwise she’d be about to give birth right now.

"The photos of Christina Aguilera being leaked to the press were illegally obtained by a hacker who tapped into Christina's personal stylist's account," according to a statement from the singer's rep. "The photos were taken in the privacy of Ms. Aguilera's home and were used only in a personal exchange between the star and her stylist."

It's unclear when the pictures were taken, but they show the singer wearing nothing but pasties and a few strands of jewel-encrusted fabric draped over her body.

Matthew Brennan "Matt" Cassel (born May 17, 1982, Northridge, California) is the starting quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League. He was drafted by the New England Patriots in the seventh round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He played college football at USC.

He became the Patriots' starting quarterback in Week 1 of the 2008 season after then reigning NFL MVP Tom Brady suffered a season-ending knee injury. According to ESPN research, he is the only known quarterback in NFL history to start an NFL game at quarterback without ever starting at quarterback in college. In February 2009, the Patriots used their franchise tag on Cassel, extending him a one-year contract worth over $14 million, the largest one-year contract for an offensive player in NFL history. Later that offseason, the Patriots made a trade which sent Cassel to the Chiefs, who signed him to a 6 year, $62.7 million contract in July 2009.

Issei Sagawa Canibal from Japan

Issei Sagawa (佐川 一政, Sagawa Issei?, born June 11, 1949) is a Japanese man who in 1981 murdered and cannibalized a Dutch woman named Renée Hartevelt. After his release, he became a minor celebrity in Japan and made a living through the public's interest in his crime.

Sagawa was born in Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan to wealthy parents. He attended college at the University of Paris.

Sagawa served time in a French jail for the murder of the Dutch student Renée Hartevelt, a classmate at the Sorbonne Academy in Paris, France. On June 11, 1981, Sagawa, a 32 year old student of French literature, invited Hartevelt to dinner at his 10 Rue Erlanger apartment under the pretense of literary conversation. Upon her arrival, he shot her in the neck with a rifle while she sat with her back to him at a desk, then began to carry out his plan of eating her. She was selected because of her health and beauty, those characteristics Sagawa believed he lacked. Sagawa describes himself as a "weak, ugly, and small man" (he is just under 5 ft (1.52 m) tall) and claims that he wanted to "absorb her energy".

Sagawa said he fainted after the shock of shooting her, but awoke with the realization that he had to carry out his desire to eat her. He did so, beginning with her hips and legs, after having sex with the corpse. In interviews, he noted his surprise at the "corn-colored" nature of human fat. For two days, Sagawa ate various parts of her body. He described the meat as "soft" and "odorless", like tuna. He then attempted to dump the mutilated body in a remote lake, but was seen in the act and later arrested by the French police.

His wealthy father provided a top lawyer for his defense, and after being held for two years without trial the French judge Jean-Louis Bruguières found him "obviously" legally insane and unfit to stand trial and ordered Sagawa to be held indefinitely in a mental institution. Following a visit by the author Inuhiko Yomota, Sagawa's account of the murder was published in Japan with the title In the Fog. The subsequent publicity and macabre celebrity of Sagawa likely contributed to the French authorities' decision to have him extradited to Japan. Upon arrival in Japan, he was immediately taken to Matsuzawa hospital, where examining psychologists all found him to be sane but "evil". However, Japanese authorities found it to be legally impossible to hold him, purportedly because they lacked certain important papers from the French court. As a result, Sagawa checked himself out of the mental institution on August 12, 1986, and has been a free man ever since.

Aretha Franklin is battling cancer, a family friend has announced to FOX 2 News in Detroit.

According to the report, family and friends close to the Queen of Soul are "very concerned," but say she is doing "okay." Family expressed hopes to FOX that fans of Aretha, 68, will send prayers and good thoughts.

In a post at PopCrunch, a National Enquirer story (not available online) is cited saying Franklin's cancer is pancreatic. The same report notes sources saying Aretha has less than a year to live.

Kelly Ripa hobbled into Live! with Regis and Kelly this morning using crutches as she made her way to her seat.

'It looks much worse than it is," she said, launching into the story of what happened.

The condensed version: She had been having pain for several weeks and thought she had a torn muscle. So she went to see a doctor. An X-ray showed there was nothing wrong. "I was just there for the painkillers, let's face it!" she joked.

Then the doctor sent her for an MRI at the hospital. "There was a receiving line of Regis' former surgeons shaking my hand."

"It turns out I have a stress fracture in the femural neck of my right hip."

The doctor told her no exercise for 3 to 6 weeks. Ripa, who loves to run, take classes and work out, said, "Right away, I was like what? There must be a mistake!"

But, she added, "I don't need any surgery, I don't need anyting special done. I just have to sit down."

Regis then said he had a "medical tragedy" this weekend, too. He explained he was opening a package with a box cutter and "sliced" into his hand.

Ripa accused him of trying to one-up her. "You saw my crutches and you cut yourself backstage, didn't you!?"

He explained that he's on Plavix and aspirin and so the blood was "pouring out." He wound up at the hospital on Saturday night where he got "four, maybe five" stitches.
