Indeed, I did forget - I took over dinner duties on Saturday and gave my first effort at making Matzah Brie, a dish involving Unlevened Eggs. No really - it's scrambled eggs with Matzah bread mixed in, and when combined with my super secret egg flavorings (I'll never tell!) (But they may involve cheese) (And as long as that's not chicken milk cheese, I think we're still on kosher ground), it becomes a dish of pure awesome. Passover-safe awesome!!!
